Andrew is the driving force behind Absolute and a man who is passionate about producing quality work on time and on budget. Andrew started his career with an apprenticeship as an engine re-conditioner. He spent a number of years as a fitter and turner with other local engineering companies before launching out on his own and starting Absolute Enterprises in May 2006. Andrew identified a gap in the marketplace for a business combining engineering and cooling services in the rapidly expanding market. From early days working in a small shed with 2 off-siders Andrew has grown the business to employ 30+ staff and although he no longer works “on the tools” Andrew can often be found in the workshop problem solving with clients, mentoring staff and being the Quality control watchdog for the company.
